New Slim Xbox 360 released By Matt Jenson of Gadgets-4-Free Computer giant Microsoft has launched an updated Xbox 360 at the E3 electronics show in Los Angeles to compete with the slim PS3 from Sony The slinky Xbox 360 Slim has been released in Japan already, and will be out in the US soon, but UK gamers will need to wait a few more weeks before the updated Xbox 360 hits the stores. In the meantime those looking for an Xbox should look for cheaper deals on the older model. The glossy black slimline Xbox Elite has a 250GB hard drive, built-in 802.11n wireless conectivity, a cooler and quieter runnig design and backwards compatibility with all games and accessories used by the original Xbox 360. The rumoured relase date in Europe is 16 July.
